                                        Rossiter Leg Workout

This is an example of the some of the work that can be done on the leg.  A lot of the work on the lower leg is done with the lower leg resting on a chair (see the video.)

In this example, the client is side lying on the floor so that there is better access to the inside of the calf.

You can see how the heel of the foot is locking into the calf muscle.  You can see that to point and flex the foot is going to require a good deal of effort on the part of the client.  This type of movement will help release tightness in the calf, posterior tibialis,  and the Achilles tendon.  All of these tissues are involved in lower leg and ankle problems.

Do you have issues with your calf muscles or problems with your ankles?  Contact your local Rossiter Coach for help.
