Most massage is done with the therapist just working on your muscles and tissues. That feels great but it does not give your joints a workout or a sense of movements. Your joints are designed to move and joint health is dependent on movement. When you complain of joint pain, this is most likely due to not enough regular full movement of the joint in question!
Rhythm/mobility moves the joints in a lovely gentle way. It helps you rediscover your joints and the full range of movement they were designed for.
All moves in rhythm/mobility are gentle rocking movements. I constantly check that the moves are within your own comfort range.
This type of playful movement helps tight tissue release. Your joints will feel so much looser and movements will be easier.
